    Description

    This is a
    NAME BADGE
    from the
    SEARS ROEBUCK & COMPANY
    for use by one their employees - W.E. SCHOCK - probably a sales clerk working in their store. It is made of pressed non-magnetic metal - probably brass - no manufacturer markings. It has their old logo at the top and a green ribbon attached below announcing "Sears 46th Anniversary" - the company was founded in 1893 so that dates the pin as from 1939. A double safety pin type fastener is used to hold the ribbon and to attach the pin to the employees clothing. This item is in excellent condition - See my photos for the exact condition.
