February 1 & 4 and February 2 & 3, 1968 14" x 21.75" concert poster designed by Rick Griffin for show at San Francisco's Fillmore West and Winterland Ballroom featuring Jimi Hendrix, John Mayall and Albert King (BG-105, 1st Printing).
This is one of the rarest 60s poster featuring Rick Griffin's iconic flying eyeball. True first printing, as indicated by "Tickets" printed over "Bill Graham Presents" at bottom left corner. Later printings corrected this and were also a brighter red and glossy.
Poster has had some restoration. It has been cleaned, flattened and tack holes in the corners and wear along the edges have been fixed.
The last 2 photos are of the poster prior to restoration.
