One-handed Pump:

Vacuum Seal Sleeves:
These sleeves are the most basic must-have accessory for creating an air-tight pumping environment, and a best selling accessory on their own! Simply place a sleeve over the open end of the cylinder before using the pump to create a comfortable airtight seal.
Pumping 101:
Place the sleeve on to the bottom of the cylinder so that it fits snugly.
Attach the hose from the small hand pump to the barbed fitting at the top of the cylinder.
Use a water based lube to lube your erect penis so that it slides easily into the cylinder and doesn't cause discomfort. Slide your erect penis into the cylinder completely.
Squeeze the pump until the air is sucked out of the cylinder, your erect penis will look slightly larger or thicker. If there is pain or discomfort, release some of the vacuum using the Quick-Release Valve on the handle.
Once your glans becomes enlarged, let it stay that way for 10-15 minutes. NO LONGER!!! The most frequent problem is impatience and pumping too hard and fast, causing stress. Too much vacuum can cause temporary bruising, water blisters, red pinpricks, etc. Proceed slowly, be patient, and increase the vacuum gradually over an extended period of time.
After 10-15 minutes use the release valve and remove the cylinder from your body.
Repeat this process 1-2 times a day, 4-5 times a week for 5-6 months for lasting effects.
