    LifeNest Mattress (for crib) plus special fitted sheet.  Mattress in excellent used condition.
    I wish we had started using this earlier. (Our physical therapist recommended it.) Especially helpful if your baby has a flat head.
    We paid 0 (full retail) for both. Used for less than 3 months.
