Newborn hospital side snap shirt, (1) pair of white scratch mittens, newborn hospital hat, hospital identification wrist band, and preemie or newborn size diaper. Also comes with newborn hospital recieving blanket, and 2oz newborn similac bottle with 1.5oz fake/faux baby formula. Nipple and ring are sealed from the inside using 100% silicone adhesive to prevent any leaking. Fake/faux formula will never spoil. Will also come with (1) pink or blue pacifier (please specify which you'd like). Nipple on pacifier can be cut or left as is. If you'd like it cut i will send magnet with.
