This is a menu from the Tic Toc Restaurant at Kaufmann's Department Store in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, just before it closed in 2014.
One side of the card has a picture of Kaufmann’s Clock, which is still located on the building even though Kaufmann’s is gone.
