    Shipping and Payment
    Free ground shipping in the USA. Orders placed with the free ground shipping have an estimated delivery time frame of 2-11 business days. No tax, no additional fees due on delivery. Expedited shipping not available to off-shore states.
    Address Changes and Cancellations
    We use a 3rd party fulfillment service to ship our orders. This means that it may not always be possible to cancel your order regardless of the reason. Please check to make sure the shipping address you have on file with eBay and PayPal is your most recent address. We can only ship to your confirmed PayPal address. We cannot change a shipping address once an order has been placed, you are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct. We cannot provide refunds for items shipped to an incorrect address if we shipped to the address provided at checkout.
    If you choose to ship to a freight forwarding service, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost at their facility or lost in transit to the final destination. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs on any item being returned from outside of the USA.
    Returns/Exchange
    Returns maybe be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% if the item is not in like new condition, and up to 50% if the item is returned missing manuals, accessories, or the original product box. Defective items will be replaced if stock is available, and refunded if stock is not available.
