Vintage Bloomingdales Shopping Bag Dancing Couple

Description

This is a vintage bag from Bloomingdale's. It was manufactured by Equitable Bag Co., Inc.. I believe its from the late 1980s but the side of the bag reads: 1959.   (Likely made in the late 80s as it has a similar feel to the other vintage Bloomingdales bags of that time.
Its medium is paper; white raffia handles.   An identical shopping bag is part of the Drawings, Prints, and Graphic Design department at the Cooper Hewitt Museum Design Museum.
Great vintage condition minimal wear - some irregular fray at the top (see last photo).
