    Vintage Handy Andy Home improvement Center Sales Slip and Service Excellence Patch
    Both of these items are from the 1990s. The patch is brand new, and the sales slip is unused but the last remaining page in the booklet.
    Handy Andy Home Improvement Centers went out of business late 1996, but was one of the pioneer big box home centers originally in the Midwest having acquired Forest City Lumber stores.
    The Sales slip was used to write the UPC code, description and price of an item missing a price tag, an item being cut to measure, or an item too large that needed to be pulled out of the warehouse and brought to the customer.
    The Service Excellence Patch was given to employees as a reward for great service to the customer.
