    Description

    Up for auction a vintage Montgomery Ward Winners & Losers employee motivational tile wall plaque or trivet.
    The tile measures 4 1/4" square, 3/16" thick and weighs 3.9 ounces prior to packing for shipping.  Will ship in a 6x6x3 box.
    This piece is in good used vintage condition without cracks or repairs.  The cork backing is complete without any damage.  The ceramic has a couple of flakes at the bottom, two sides and three corners.  The surface of the tile has some glaze bubbles and pops.  There is a surface scratch through The Winner Always has a Program.  The art is clean, crisp and well executed.
