Vtg 1980s Mall/Store Geometric HUGE Retro Lighted Sign, Post Modern Wall Art,80s. Condition is "Used".
Super unique 1980s Mall department store lighted metal geometric sign. The sign/wall sculpture is huge, measures 40" inches wide x 31" inches tall x 4 " inches in depth from the wall and holds 4 light's.
This sign is vintage from the 80s, has imperfections throughout such as paint scaling, and some slight bends/dents, creases in the metal panels scattered throughout, the front smallest triangle has some ripples ect from being the most exposed outward.  There is a scrape by the big bulb socket (pictured).  Please use your zoom feature to see the condition better and more photos available upon request.  The sign has been redurbished at some point so the paint is overall very nice, but you can see some imperections under the paint in certain light angles. Overall it looks fabulous and amazing great that it has been saved and preserved throughout all these years.    I remember signs like these in the 1980s in the malls and really havnt seen one since to be honest. We believe this was from a Sage Brush store from a local mall according to the prior owners.  This is a very rare piece to say the least, its amazing the sign is still around and exists. The sign is sold as you see it, its old and has plenty of imperfections, its had a fairly decent redurbish,, but overall it looks great and going to look fabulous in any 80s throwback setting, the design is Iconic.
The sign has 3 upper candelabra size light sockets, and 1 lower larger standard size bulb socket. Tested and works great!
The sign is made from metal panels welded to a metal bar frame and bolted together in 3 dimensional layers. Has hanging bolts attatched.
