The Zen Hanger Clamp Kit is a great way to add girth over time. Our clamp is superior to others sold because of the easy to use push button release. You dont want to take risks when using a clamp and a quick easy release is very important. Others try to sell cheap knock offs of our clamps and sleeves but dont mistake them for the quality of the Zen Clamp and silicone comfort sleeves. Two ultra comfort silicone sleeves are included with each clamp. The width of the clamp fully closed is 1 1/8" (2.8cm) wide and will fit most users. Additional sleeves or wrap can be added if clamp is too large. You will receive the following when purchasing this kit:
(1) quick release penis clamp
(2) ultra comfort silicone sleeves
​Clamping can be done as a stand alone exercise to increase girth or added to your penis weight hanging routine to increase length and girth over time. The clamp kit is designed to be used while erect. The comfort sleeve is placed at the base of the penis and the clamp is worn over the comfort sleeve to prevent discomfort. By restricting blood flow out of the erect penis and using keggle exercises (pelvic floor clench) to pump blood in you will increase the amount of blood your erect penis is able to hold and therefore increasing the girth of your penis over time. This is a proven method of increasing girth with a dedicated clamping routine. Clamping can be a more effective then penis pumping when done correctly because you are in control of the amount of pressure and blood flow you apply rather then forced pressure from a pump.
